Your Privacy at Pawscapers

Pawscapers ("we," "us") is a pet waste removal company based in Salisbury, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Quote and sign-up details: your name, email, phone number, service address, zip code, number of dogs, service preferences and notes about your yard, gate and pets.
• Payment details: if you add a card during sign-up, it's entered into a secure form from Stripe, our payment processor. Your full card number never touches our website or our staff.
• Messages and referrals: what you send through our contact, commercial consultation and Refer a Friend forms, including any friend's name and email you choose to share.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs such as IP address and browser type for security and performance. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote was started. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To give you a quote, set up and schedule your service, and send visit updates and gate photos.
• To bill you for service you sign up for.
• To answer your questions and follow up on consultation requests and referrals.
• To let you know when we start serving your area, if you ask us to.

Texts and emails

If you agree to receive texts or emails from us, we'll use them for service updates and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing won't stop messages about service you've signed up for.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run Pawscapers, and only for that purpose:

• Sweep&Go, our scheduling and client management software, which also runs your client portal.
• Stripe, which processes card payments.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and delivers our form messages to us.

We may also share information if required by law.

Keeping it safe

This site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and payment details are handled by Stripe. We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details in the client portal, or ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us below.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
