Does Pawscapers clean the entire yard?
Yes. We clean every area of your property where your dog does their business, including front, back and side yards, flower beds, mulch and rock areas, patios and dog runs.
Do you provide service all year round?
Yes! Pawscapers services yards year-round, through summer heat, fall leaves and winter weather. Even with snow on the ground, most waste can still be found and scooped. If conditions ever make a visit unsafe, we'll let you know and get you back on the schedule.
How do you keep my dogs safe?
Your dogs' safety is our top priority. We double-check every gate, close and latch it behind us, and send you a photo of your closed gate after every visit so you know your pets are secure. We've never lost a dog, and we're fully licensed and insured.
How much does a pooper scooper service cost?
Your price depends on how many dogs you have, how often you'd like service and the size of your yard. Enter your zip code for an instant quote. It only takes about 30 seconds, and there's no commitment.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts! You can start, pause or cancel your service at any time through your client portal or by calling or texting us at 443-366-1300.
How do you dispose of the pet waste?
We double-bag all waste and place it in your trash can. If you'd prefer that we remove it from your property instead, we can haul it away for an additional fee.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love meeting your dogs! If your dog has shown any signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside during your cleanup. The safety of our team matters too, so a dog that acts aggressively will need to be kept inside during visits, or we may not be able to continue service.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes! Let us know your preferred day and we'll do our best to make it work. Our routes are planned by area, so we may not be in your neighborhood on every day of the week, but we'll always find the closest fit for your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows?
We don't schedule exact arrival times, because our routes are planned each day to keep travel time and costs down. You'll get a text when we're on the way. We service yards Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 8 PM, and times may vary based on weather, routing and seasonal daylight.
Do I need to be home during the cleanup?
No. As long as we can get into the yard, you don't need to be there. Just let us know about any gate codes, locks or special instructions when you sign up.
