Room to roam means more ground to clean
Harrington is best known as home of the Delaware State Fair, and the area around it is classic Kent County farm country. Properties here tend to be bigger than in town, and a lot of households have more than one dog. That's a great life for a dog, and a lot of yard for a person to keep picked up. Along with regular dog poop pickup, we offer pet waste removal for communities and one-time cleanups in Harrington.
Pawscapers does the walking for you. We cover the parts of your property your dogs actually use, including the yard around the house, dog runs, kennel areas and along fence lines.
Choosing a schedule for a bigger property
With several dogs, waste adds up quickly, and on a big lot it's easy to lose track of. Twice-weekly or weekly service keeps it manageable. If your dogs mostly use one area, every other week may be enough. Read how often to pick up dog poop for help choosing, and remember there's no contract, so you can adjust any time.
Your online quote is based on your number of dogs and an average-sized yard. For large rural properties, we'll confirm your price after we see the yard, so there are no surprises.
Starting fresh
If the yard hasn't been cleaned in a while, especially after winter, we'll start with a full cleanup. Your first cleanup is free when you sign up for recurring service. Here's what winter tends to leave behind.

Fair season and family gatherings
When the Delaware State Fair comes to town in summer, a lot of Harrington families host visitors. A one-time cleanup before a gathering means everyone can enjoy the yard without watching their step.
Bugs and big yards
Country yards can bring fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. Our optional YardShield+ exterior pest spray helps, and FreshStep+ yard deodorizer freshens up the areas your dogs use most. Both are billed monthly. See add-ons.
Commuter-friendly
Many Harrington residents commute to Dover or Milford. You don't need to be home. You'll get a text when we're on the way and a gate photo when we're done.
